The Machine

A production line, zero mystery.

This is the exact line your site travels between the brief and the launch link. Nothing hidden, nothing fake — every station produces something you can see.

Brief

Ten minutes with you. Who you sell to, what winning looks like.

Scout

Market and customer research — what your buyers actually search for.

Design

Type, colour, layout — picked from a proven system, not invented badly.

Build

Real code, real hosting, real forms. No page-builder mud.

Audit

A human reads every page, presses every button, kills what isn't good enough.

Launch

Live on your domain, in the index, working. Yours outright.

The full story

The Machine

Most studios sell you hours and manage them with meetings. We run a production line: agents that research, design, build, and check — with a human who reads every page before anything ships. You put in one evening; the line does the heavy lifting. Here is what happens at each station.

The brief

What happens. You fill a short form in the evening: what you sell, who buys it, what the site must do — take bookings, show work, sell product. Ten minutes, plain questions.

What you see. A form, not a discovery process. No 40-page workbook, no "alignment call."

What it produces. A written brief. Same night you get scope and price in writing: what gets built, what it costs, when it's live.

The scout

What happens. Research agents map your market: what competing sites do well and badly, what your customers search for, the exact words they use.

What you see. Nothing yet — unless something in your brief doesn't add up, in which case you get a question, not a guess.

What it produces. A content plan: what every page must say to be found on Google and to convince a visitor to contact you instead of the next listing.

The design

What happens. The design agent picks and tunes a system for your category: type scale, spacing, colour, contrast at AAA accessibility, layouts that work on a phone first — because that's where your customers are.

What you see. Nothing yet. Or the whole site, if you're up late.

What it produces. A design system, not a one-off page. Every page you add later inherits it, so the site still looks right in three years.

The build

What happens. Build agents write real code: Next.js on GitHub, deployed to Vercel, forms and data on Supabase, email through Resend, Shopify or Stripe when you sell.

What you see. A review link while it's still night.

What it produces. A production site on infrastructure you own. No page builder, no monthly platform tax, nothing proprietary to escape later.

The audit

What happens. A human reads every page. Every link checked, every form tested end to end, every claim verified against your brief.

What you see. The review link in the morning, plus notes on anything the audit flagged and fixed.

What it produces. 0 dead links, 0 fake claims, 0 broken forms. The site does what it says it does.

The launch

What happens. The site goes live on your domain. Code, accounts, analytics — handed over to you.

What you see. Your URL, loading fast, taking real enquiries.

What it produces. A live asset you own outright — and the start of the lifetime part: 24/7 watch, updates, changes on request.

One evening of your time. One night of machine time. One human before anything ships. Then the site works while you run the business.
