Either way the number you agree to is the number you pay — no packages engineered to upsell, no "request a quote" games.

A focused business site is usually a few weeks, not a weekend. We do the work in stages so nothing waits on your calendar: your answers, then a written scope within one business day, then a build you can look at, then your content, then a real date. Before anything goes live a person reads every page and tests every form. It is fast because we are not starting from scratch — not because nobody sleeps.

The code, the design, the content and the database belong to you once the build is paid for. Running it is a separate, monthly choice: keep it on our stack and we host, patch and check it, or take the repository, the deployment project, the domain and the database into your own accounts at any time. The second one starts when the final invoice clears and we walk it with you — two of the steps need you to accept an invitation in your own account, because nobody can push ownership into an account that has not authorised it. A website that cannot move is not an asset, so the transfer is written down from the start.

If it brings you customers and stays current, keep it. If it's slow, invisible on search, awkward on mobile, or you are paying a monthly subscription for a builder you cannot leave — brief us. Your old site stays up until the new one replaces it, and your domain never changes.

Next.js code, hosting on Vercel, a Postgres database, Resend for transactional email, Stripe for payments when you sell. The same infrastructure serious companies run at scale — and we run it for you. If you want the accounts moved, the transfer is documented. No proprietary page builder, nothing you can't take with you.

You keep it. We point it at the new site, so your address, your email, and your search history carry over. Don't have a domain yet? We can set the site up under our stack, or the domain can be registered in the business's name — your call, written down either way.

Mark them up. Words, photos, prices, layout notes — one round of changes on the design and one on the built site are part of the job, not an invoice event. What counts as done is the published audit: twelve checks, run against the delivered site. If one fails we fix it and run the audit again at no charge. Anything new after that is a change order — priced in writing before it is built.

The build runs on four scripted build stages — provision, build, audit, ship — so the same steps happen the same way every time. Those four are the process behind it; the five stations you walk through are a different list. A human reads every page before launch, checks every claim against your brief, tests the forms end to end, and signs off. The build is assembled by script; a person is accountable for what ships. Nothing goes live that nobody read.

The build covers everything through launch — scope, build, a person reading every page. After launch, Care is the monthly line: hosting, certificates, backups, monitoring and the small changes as they come, cancellable whenever. A management retainer is the larger option where we keep it running and change it on a schedule, written down at a stated acknowledgement window — it is not something every site is on. Changes on request — hours, prices, photos, a new page — get scoped, you approve the number, we build it. If you want a recurring review of what is getting traffic and what to do next, that is part of the retainer, not something every site gets.

We do not offer 24/7 monitoring and we do not quote an uptime percentage. Nobody can promise you that without a monitoring desk behind it, and we have not built one.

A booking system, a member area, a full store, multi-location pages — the site is built as a system that extends, not a one-off that gets replaced. We scope it, quote it, and build it on the same base. You never pay a "rebuild fee" to grow.
