Everything, in the order you meet it.

Seven stages. Five shortcuts. Two account lists. One person.

The build, in order.

  1. Received

Your brief is in. A person reads it — not a form in a queue.

CHECK / This page updates itself. Bookmark it.

  2. Written scope

We write the scope: what gets built, what it costs, when it goes live. You approve it before anything starts.

CHECK / The written scope, in this page, with the deposit door under it.

  3. Research

We look at your market properly — what your competitors are actually doing, what your customers type, what is already ranking in your area.

CHECK / A link to the findings. If we have not done it, it does not say we have.

  4. Design

The design system for your trade. Type, colour, spacing, mobile-first — built once so every page you add later still looks right.

CHECK / The review link, on a real device, in your hand.

  5. Build

The code, on a database, with every stage running on its own checks. We run the stack by default; yours is an option, written down.

CHECK / A real commit, a real build, a real URL.

  6. Audit

A person reads every page, submits every form, and checks every claim on it against something that exists.

CHECK / The audit run, with what it found and what we fixed.

  7. Live

Live — we run it on our stack. Then you pick how it is run: Care, or a management retainer with us.

    CHECK / Your domain, live.

Five shortcuts.

ASSETPhotos and media

You do not need a photographer. Phone photos in daylight beat stock, every time.

Send them straight from this page at /portal/files, or drop a link to a Google Drive folder, an Instagram, or anywhere we can look.

ASSETLogo, in any format

SVG is best. A PNG is fine. A screenshot of a screenshot is not.

Anything you have, uploaded or linked. We can redraw a clean one from a business card.

BUSINESSHow you actually work

Hours, service area, what you do not take on, how people pay, what you charge for a call-out.

Bullet points are fine. We would rather have the truth than a polished paragraph.

LEGALLegal bits

Business number, insurance, licence number if you have one. These appear on the site because buyers ask for them.

We will tell you which ones your trade actually needs. Most people need fewer than they think.

PROOFProof you are you

A utility bill or a business-bank statement with your name on it. For quote-request sites this is what stops the timewasters.

We never keep it. It is checked and deleted, and we will say when.

Open them yourself. We connect.

NEEDED TO BUILD

ONLY IF IT APPLIES

Getting help.

The honest list.

  • Our stack by default; your accounts on request.
  • No cut of card payments.
  • No ranking, lead or revenue promise.
  • No marketing you did not agree to.
  • No green light before the work is done.
  • No second copy of your data.

Open the accounts. The rest is ours.

Two accounts hold everything. Send what you have; skip what you do not.
