A builder credentialed by NW builds it. NW audits it.
A credentialed builder writes the scope and price from NW's scopes, builds on NW's stack, and hands over.
- You keep 98% of your build price. NW's 2% fee is the operating fee.
- The fee is inside the build price, not on top of it.
- You can reject the match before any work starts.

The brief is twelve plain questions and one evening. The scope and price come in writing within one business day. Nothing is built on a maybe.
Matching
NW matches. You can say no.
You do not browse a list and pick the cheapest. NW proposes one builder; you can reject the match and NW proposes another.
The audit gate
An audit before handover.
If the audit fails, the builder fixes it at no extra charge and it is re-audited. Payout is blocked until it passes.
The audit is a gate, not insurance. It does not guarantee revenue, traffic, or rankings.
What it costs
The price is already published.
The line items, care, Site Watch and NW Partner’s build prices are on /plan. Those are NW Partner’s published prices — the reference for a builder-led quote.
On the builder-led path You keep 98% of your build price. NW's 2% fee is the operating fee. The fee is inside the build price, not charged on top. Taxes are worked out at the invoice.
Every builder on the builder-led path has been assessed by NW and holds that record. It is not an accredited certification, and it is not a promise that a build will pass its audit.
What we will not do
We will not invent a builder to fill a request. If there is no credentialed builder, NW Partner is the path or we say no.
We will not publish a rating before a build is finished and the requester has rated it.
We will not promise a launch date before the scope is signed.
