What happens after launch — is maintenance included?
The build covers everything through launch — scope, build, a person reading every page.
After launch, Care is the monthly line: hosting, certificates, backups, monitoring and the small changes as they come, cancellable whenever. A management retainer is the larger option where we keep it running and change it on a schedule, written down at a stated acknowledgement window — it is not something every site is on. Changes on request — hours, prices, photos, a new page — get scoped, you approve the number, we build it. If you want a recurring review of what is getting traffic and what to do next, that is part of the retainer, not something every site gets.
We do not offer 24/7 monitoring and we do not quote an uptime percentage. Nobody can promise you that without a monitoring desk behind it, and we have not built one.
